Volunteers
Our goal for CCC is to create a safe, fun and exciting experience for your kids to learn about the bible & how Jesus loves them. They will not only feel loved by our kid’s leaders, they will know how much Jesus loves them and they will want to share that love with others.
At CCC, we will welcome your children in a safe and inviting environment. Take comfort in knowing that our volunteers are trained and background checks are a requirement for volunteering.
When you arrive, just check your children in at our check-in station. You will receive two stickers – one for your child and one for you. Just place a sticker on your child and keep the other for yourself; then bring your child to their appropriate location. When you are ready to pick up your child, just show your sticker to the kid’s leaders and they will call your child to come to you.
Overview of
Programs
In our nursery, pre-school, children and preteen ministries, we will encourage your child and teach them about God’s love.
On Sundays we offer pre-school (3 years old – K ) and children’s church (1st-5th grade) for each of our services – 8:30 AM and 10:45 AM. Sunday School is provided at 9:30 AM for toddlers, pre-school, children and pre-teens; with nursery (infants – 3 years) being provided for all activities on Sunday.
On Wednesday nights, preschool through 5th grade have age appropriate classes from 6-7:30 PM. The children rotate through, worship crafts, games and Bible study.
Special
Events
There are many special events and opportunities throughout the year for your child to connect and learn.
We have Vacation Bible School every summer and offer a summer church camp for 1st-5th graders.
There are many opportunities for our children to serve our community during our “Be the Church” days and other opportunities to love our community to Christ. When we have church-wide events, we include our children, teaching them the importance of loving your neighbor. One example of this is during our Thanksgiving “Butterballs and Bibles” outreach. Our children gather all of the donated food and fill the baskets and pray over the baskets before they are delivered to those in need.
